  • I have 4. The heart and 6 stars for my kids on my side, angel and devil on my back and 2 hearts on one ankle 1 heart on the other. I want one more on my other side when I have toned up a little more.
  • Things like these make me happy I am single. Only once in awhile do I hate it. Quiet peaceful and everything is done my way.

  • I am between 5.4 and 5.0. After being done having babies I was left at 176. 2 yrs ago I got down to 135. A surgery and being a single mom in the last year has gotten me back up around 145 ish.   • I did lv 1 2 weeks ago. Went 4 days and then the 4th and company happened. I restarted yesterday, did day 2 today. Hoping this time I can finish it. It gets hard for me to do the jumping rope and jumping jacks but I modify it. I can't wait until I can do an actual push up either. motivation is much needed for me.

  • I am having the same problem. I did 4 days of level 1 and just could not make myself do more. I have always been somewhat active doing skating walking and biking,but now after 6 kids I am just too worn out. Zumba is even easier but during the summer it is just to hard to get out of the house with my younger kids.
  • Hi all, I finished day 4 today. My legs were feeling better although I agree that the jumping Jack and rope is too much. I still cannot do both. I also noticed from the day I started til day 3 I gained a pound. Today it was back down. I really hope I see a difference in myself.
  • Hey there. I am 5'4 and 3/4. I currently weigh 144. I am trying to get down to 130,would love to smaller but will be happy at 130. I have one pic of my from 4 days ago. My biggest problem is I had 5 c-sections. Feel free to add me.
  • Finished day 3. Was easier then it has been even though my muscles are killing me. Not sure if I am measuring myself right but I seem to have lost an inch around the waist and each thigh.
  • Woke up and I was in a bad mood. But after some nice words from people I pushed myself and I finished day 3. I was able to do more today and was so happy. I think I have even lost an inch from my waist and thighs already.

  • I finished day one. Had to modify and stop for water twice but man did that make me sweat and my legs are burning. So are my ears. I can't wait until I can get through the whole thing.
  • Hi all. I am hoping to start this tonight. I need help with motivation on working through it. I have 4 boys at home and need more energy to have with them. I used to do zumba but is too hard to get out the house sometimes. Someone please help kick my butt into gear.
