  • I've been making tuna salad with plain yogurt instead of mayo (I use tuna in the packet with water). Then I put that on top of baby spinach and romaine tossed with a little olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper, craisins and chopped walnuts. It is soo delicious, filling, and healthy!
  • Yum! I do the same thing with spinach, mushrooms, onion, ham and cheddar. I use almost all egg whites and it turns out great- I'm definitely gonna try this version too!
  • I am guessing you should cook it at a higher temp for less time. Low and slow is great if you want something to be tender and juicy but not so great for crispy. I can't wait to try this!!
