Do you earn extra calories by exercising?
I'm confused- Are you supposed to stick to the 1200 calorie rule even if you are exercising? When I log my activity it gives me extra calories for working out but it seems like I would be eating more than I should if I'm trying to lose weight. I don't want to eat too FEW calories because I know that's not good either. Help!
