  • Hello! I'm 41 and would like to join. I've lost 30 pounds so far and still have about 10 to go. The thing I'm struggling with most right now is losing belly fat, which I've never had before. My stomach has always been small. I'm usually worrying about my hips, but they're slimming down. I'm so glad to see other 40+ on here…
  • Sometimes, I hit a wall for a while. I'll lose some then stop, lose some then stop, etc. It's frustrating for me, too. But then I'll be able to run a little bit longer or do more than I had before and my clothes start to feel a little looser and then I'll try the scale and see I've lost a little more. I agree with everyone…
  • I'm 41 and in the same boat. Feel free to add me if you want :)
  • Thanks for the help! I'm about halfway to my goal. I've lost a little over 20 pounds and have about 15-20 more to go. I try not to weigh every single day- if I do I end up obsessing over it. • I, too, am single, work full time and am a full time mom. I've lost about 20 pounds since I started and have about 15-20 more to go. Feel free to add me. Nobody truly understands single moms like single moms!
  • I'm 41 and work out at home most of the time. I do have a gym membership, but when the weather is nice I prefer to run outside. I also like to catch a class there every now and then or swim. I'm about halfway to my weight goal and have about 15 pounds or so more to go. Feel free to send me a request.
  • The same thing kind of happened to me, at first. It was actually a huge wake up call for me. I really had to start watching portion size and calorie counts. What really works for me is that I try to look up foods in the database on here, or on my phone app BEFORE I eat a meal, that way I know what I'm going to be eating…
  • I do the exact same thing, especially if I'm going out to dinner or something special. Usually, I save between 500-700 calories for dinner.
