With Russian style or Hardstyle you can also swing doubles. I am starting a whole program on Monday with doubles. Double swings, cleans, snatches, double high pulls, squats, and snatches. Nope. The Russian Swing is done with the hips too. I just don't like the American one. I don't see the point of bringing it overhead. Between belly button and chest height is all you need. I love double complexes. Today I did double swings, cleans, and squats. Ugh. First half was TGUs for 15-20 mins as a ladder. 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, 2/2, 1/1 etc. third half was just :30 in :30 off with swings for 14 rounds. It was a good day. I love everything Lauren Brooks does. And Tracy Reifkind. A lot of people also do not know the difference of American KB or Sport/competition. And to me crossfit kb looks downright painful.

thanks y'all! It is a lot of hard work but it is totally worth it. It is a slow progress but I know if I do it this way it is more liable to stay this way and be a true lifestyle change instead of a quick fix that I fall off the wagon too easily. I am getting healthy for me, my husband, and my baby boy!

Definitely look for RKC certified too. There are many out there that try to show videos of them doing it but it may not be the proper form. My favorites are: Tracy Reifkind, LAUREN BROOKS, and the Myomytv.com already mentioned. They are my favs as well.
