30DS is great, I saw some good results last spring with it though never got to Level 3. Was wrecked after them but the weird thing is now it doesn't seem as hard but I wonder if I will get similar results. You can also add ankle weights, that will kick it up a notch.

45 now, 30 when my first was born, 34 when 2nd was born. both were born in Florida but I am from SC, now in VA. :love:
