This is exactly what I was going to post! I have discovered roasted vegetables are great! I especially love carrots, green beans, asparagus and even broccoli this way (olive oil, salt, pepper, or lemon pepper). They are delicious!

for newbies to the 30-day shred (like me), I have noticed that the cardio moves are easier towards the END of the workout. So if you feel like quitting on the early cardio moves (i.e. JUMP ROPE), keep moving. I have to modify at first, but after I am warmed up at the end, I can do them ALL and it is a great feeling!

You should be SO proud of yourself. Mentally, it might help you if you picked the equivalent of your weight loss in dumbells - or whatever - and walked around with it a min. Then put it down.
