Jillian Michaels 30 day shred

has anyone done the whole plan in 30 days? what were your results like? I just got it today and am going to start tomorrow, I want to know what to expect!

    My sisters do the 30 day shred sometimes, and they say it's the hardest of the workout tapes they've ever done. And they don't do it consistently, yet have still been losing a lot of weight. So I imagine that if you stuck to it for 30 days, you'd do AMAZING.
  • Yes. I did it for 30 days in a roll.
    I did it the whole month of June.
    I loved the results.
    After just level 1 my stomach area was more toned.
    After level 2 I was getting more toned legs.
    At the end of the 30 days I was seeing more muscle tone.
    Loved the workout and highly recommend it.

    L1D5 down! I joined a thread that started on 8/01. Seems like everyone logs it as circuit training, as Rebjones said. It will kick your butt!

    for newbies to the 30-day shred (like me), I have noticed that the cardio moves are easier towards the END of the workout. So if you feel like quitting on the early cardio moves (i.e. JUMP ROPE), keep moving. I have to modify at first, but after I am warmed up at the end, I can do them ALL and it is a great feeling!
