Well People who know me always say I don't need to loos any weight,I look slim, that I look good the way I am but I am able to grab the skin in a large amount on my arms, inner thighs and stomach, I saw the word skinny fat and wondered if that is what I am???

Sounds good.. I'm with you, I really don't know how many calories to take in. I'm currently at 1200 cals, I do loose but I hope I'm not doing it the wrong way.

If you can work out 2 hrs a day that is something, I think 30-60 mins a day for 5 days a week and eating a balanced meal, you could do it. Just realize it is going to take time to get it off and keep it off. You can loose the weight you need by June. I'm happy to see you back.:happy:

Drink more water, chew gum, or try diet soda with low caffeine. That has helped me in the past.

Try any exercise that focuses on your waist. Twisting your waist by using your hips is good.

I've decided today not to weigh myself for at least 3 weeks because I'm so tired of seeing the 170s. I'm gonna try to work harder and hopefully the next time I weigh my self it will be in the :smile: 160s...

I believe I would eat about 4000 to 7000 cals on most days, Thats how I got up to 267, and I didn't even realize how big I got consciously. I feel bigger now when I get to 180.. Isn't that crazy?:ohwell:

My bad... I was talking about general soreness. I just started back using the stepper and I have done it every other day this week on level 8 regular step action for 20 to 30 mins straight, I feel a sense of firmness but I don't really feel sore... I was just wondering.. Im at my platue mark again 172 and I want to beak it.
