I was married last year in May, I haven't gained much weight since I've been married 10lbs up and 10lbs down, but I would like to loose 20 lbs by May 7th our 1 year anniversary. We can do it, I want to be smaller for the beach, you for your wedding, I think we got this.

You are toning , loosing fat and gaining muscle. For ex: 5 pounds of cotton looks bigger that 5 lbs of chicken but non the less, 5lbs is 5 lbs. Muscle is more dense... Keep it up your doing it! :wink:

Taking too many vitamins can harm you. Take either or. Pre natal vitamins are ok but please do not take a multivitamin with them. "I am not a doc". But I do know to many vitamins can harm you.

I have had my IUD for 7 years, this is the second 1 I've had. The cramps you are feeling is normal for some people. It is 1 of the side effects.
