I have, and unfortunately, nothing works for the pain; but I am more than happy to use it for sleep and relaxation! :)

I have UC and RA and use MJ (medically and legally) daily with the hopes of pain control. It honestly does nothing for my pain, but has greatly improved my sleep quality and anxiety. Good luck!

I am in the same boat! In 2016 and 2017, I ran 8 half marathons, but had to stop due to chronic plantar fasciitis. As of this week, I am getting back into the swing of things. I have had three runs using interval training, and have complete roughly 5k each time. It is coming back quicker than I feared! I'd love to have an…

I have found Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Powder. It is Keto friendly at zero carbs!

I'm also very interested in responses to this post. I am an endurance runner (although only halves!) and have had a few failed attempts at running since I have started Keto. Would love to get back to it, but can't imagine how my body would fare!

Sorry, I wrote that poorly! I am doing keto and have been miraculously pain free since the second week I began. I am, however, on two different RA meds (plaquenil and sulfasalazine). I'm glad you're doing well without the keto diet!

That's so interesting! I have RA and have had significant improvement with my RA. It's amazing how different bodies are.

My MD put me on Keto right before Thanksgiving for auto-immune disease. I've had some bumps over the holidays and ready to get back to strict keto. A little weight loss would be great, too! SW 11/18 - 182 Goal - 140 01/01 170.2 01/07 01/14 01/21 01/27 01/31

I was diagnosed with UC in 2005 and underwent a total Colectomy that same year. Limiting fiber helped a bit, and I know people who have had great success eliminating dairy. High quality probiotics may be helpful too. Best of luck!

I was thinking this same thing about Coffee Mate, which is made from dairy.

Is it brand new for you? I noticed mine took several days to really determine what were steps and what were other movements. Clapping is the only movement I have now noticed that it counts as steps.

I drink the Garden of Life Meal Replacement shake every morning for breakfast (along with an egg), and find that it keeps me full until lunch. I wouldn't call it delicious, but mixed with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and some PB2, it is decent tasting. I also like Orgain Meal Replacement, but has significantly more…

I also have RA and spinal stenosis. For me, lifting, particularly heavy lifting, is the worst thing I do to my joints. The pain can become unbearable very quickly after lifting. I am not sure if that is the same for everyone though. I have been able to get into a good running routine, which helps me a lot. I started very…

I drink Orgain Meal for breakfast. It is soy and artificial sweetener free (along with being USDA Organic, Gluten Free, Kosher, Vegan, Non-GMO). I can't say that it is delicious, but mixed with a bit of powdered PB, it is not so bad. I highly recommend the vanilla over the chocolate. Good luck!

The FlipBelt water bottle did not work for me either. I had a lot of difficulty getting it to stay in the slots, and then when it finally did, it left me with horrible chafing. The chafing may just be due to my bottom endowment though!

40Lbs. difference. I somehow never realized I looked this fat!

Thank you! Unfortunately, my runs are out-and-backs, so no accessible water. I will have to give the handheld a try! JustSomeEm, that is the one that is leaving me chafed! Maybe I am wearing it wrong?

I am also signed up for a half in July. It's my first, and I am terrified!

Thank you for your responses. I actually use Superfeet in all of my shoes (I have PF), except for my running shoes. If gripping was the problem, would Superfeet help to correct? I will go back to my running store and ask their suggestions as well. Thank you for your help!

1 month postpartum (200lbs) vs. 1 year postpartum (160lbs).

Superfeet insoles (along with a cortisone injection) have helped me immensely. I put them in all of my shoes. Also, I sleep in a PF night brace, stretch well when I wake up, and am able to go for a run with minimal pain. Good luck!

I could have written this post myself, because I am in the exact same boat. It would be great to have some friends dealing with similar challenges!

I'm in the same boat! Two kiddos in less than two years (2/13, 11/14), and trying to lose 30lbs. that don't seem to be budging. I'd love new mommy friends for motivation!

Hello everyone. My name is Aria, and I have a 5 month old and a 2 year old. I am currently 15lbs away from pre-preggo weight, but would like to lose an additional 20lbs. I'd love more friends for this journey!

I'm in! Two kiddos in less than 2 years with about 30lbs to lose.
