Thank you all. Going to REALLY watch the calories for one more week as long as the other symptoms don't reoccur or get worse. If I still don't lose anything, I'm going to the Dr.

Exercising will make you feel way better. As for eating, try this for a "treat." 2/3 cup plain greek yogurt, one small banana mashed, 2T powdered Peanut butter, splenda to taste. It's about 250 calories and really good for you. (except the sweetener but it's better than binge eating).

drink lots of water and take some Advil. Also use dome ice packs right after working out. Don't quit though. You can take it easy for a day or two but don't do nothing at all; it will just make you even less able to move.

Good for the doctor although he or she might have been more professional about it. if more doctors told their patients to lose weight instead of treating the symptoms (diabetes, sore back, muscle strains, bad knees, etc.) healthcare costs wouldn't be so stupidly high as they are now.

I'd bundle up, walk to the donut store, have a donut, then walk home. Or Skinny latte: coffee, half cup almond milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, sprinkle of cinnamon/nutmeg, splenda to taste. About 20 calories.
