I tried it years ago but it did not work for me...couldn't lose a pound...it takes a change of eating habits to lose weight and you can do it with or without Herbalife (without will be cheaper tho)

Yeah I feel the same way, i always feel weak and sick at the beginning of a diet, specially after exercising...and i don't have as much energy as when i was eating unhealthy food....But from what i gather it is because my calorie intake is too low,... :(

I get the same cravings and somehow it get worse after i exercise...so i figured out it's because i increased my physical activity while decreasing my calorie intake; I think those cravings come because there is a deficit somewhere so I take a multi vitamin just to be sure everything is covered...hopefully it works :)
