I eat one whole egg en 3 egg whites breakfast. Excellent source of protein to start your mornings! You avoid the extra cholesterol with the egg whites. I use real eggs, not processed egg beaters.

I went through all of that in P.R. a couple of days ago. By luck, nothing happened! But Its still better to be prepared and nothing happen rather than not being prepared.
