Don't know why It takes so long

I eat properly, workout regularly Crossfit and HIIT, ran a half marathon, do weights and play sports. I have noticed relatively small weight loss. I went to a certified diet nutritionist and followed her recommended plan for 6 months. I always look on areas to improve on but I feel some what frustrated because I expect to loose a whole lot more weight than what I am currently burning. Nobody notices that I have lost a single pound.

    You may not need to lose much more. Sounds to me by your work out your weight must be all muscle.

    Is your nutritionist a sports nutrion person? She may not be taking your exercise and activity into account. Have you asked her about your slow weight loss?
