I eat properly, workout regularly Crossfit and HIIT, ran a half marathon, do weights and play sports. I have noticed relatively small weight loss. I went to a certified diet nutritionist and followed her recommended plan for 6 months. I always look on areas to improve on but I feel some what frustrated because I expect to loose a whole lot more weight than what I am currently burning. Nobody notices that I have lost a single pound.

What would you need to know?0

You may not need to lose much more. Sounds to me by your work out your weight must be all muscle.0

Is your nutritionist a sports nutrion person? She may not be taking your exercise and activity into account. Have you asked her about your slow weight loss?0
