I picked it out, because if I'm going to wear it, I want to feel fabulous in it! My now husband came and got it and we were engaged that week. One year later and I still get compliments on it! Be sure to try on rings so you know what looks good on your finger!!

I haven't gained, but have gotten a lot leaner and when combined with my 30 min of cardio I do on my own - I've seen a huge difference. I wouldn't worry about gaining weight.

Try conceptrol birth contro, I've been on it for a year and doesn't contain any hormones aka no weight gain. I was on the pill and I gained a ton. Conceptrol is awesome.

Yeah, I did the whole 800 calorie thing and was working out and almost passed out on the treadmill - twice. I am now eating at 1200 calories, (it's hard going up at first), but now I can work out harder, not be hungry and most importantly not pass out. Eat and drink more. I am doing the 30DS and doing the 10K trainer (similar to the couch to 5K) and I have been seeing about a 2-3 lb per week loss. If you are looking for weight loss, you will need to do cardio for that since the video is mostly for toning. I am not sure how much you are eating, but I eat a solid 1200 calories a day and it…

Don't forget to change the intensity of what you're working out. If you're doing running, run on flat, interval, fat burn etc levels. It get your body to change faster because you are mixing it up. I am also a big supporter of weight lifting. Jillian's 30 day shred is great to tone up as well. Good luck!

So I am doing the 30 day shred as well as doing the 10K trainer my muscles were super super sore because I do both workouts 6x a week. Push yourself, but I would definitely make sure that you take at least one day a week, drink plenty of water and if you need longer ten days on each level - take it. Stretch out the workout…

Think Thin bars are pretty good. They come in 230 ish calories and 100 cals.

1/4 cup of fat free of lowfat cottage with our without a 1/2-1 cup of fresh fruit and 2 original triscuits. It is more filling than you think! If you need more food, I suggest half a container (3oz) of Greek yogurt. I eat it every morning and I love it.
