Plateau
My question is, can you still plateau if you are doing the same exercises but increasing intensity? For example, I am doing the 30 DS and bumped up to the second level and also doing the 10K trainer where I usually up my intensity every 1-2 weeks. Thoughts?

How to keep going
I usually do really good about eating healthy and working out and then I hit a wall around 3 weeks and just slack off - like right now even with my weight loss. What do you do to keep yourself motivated?
