Plateau

My question is, can you still plateau if you are doing the same exercises but increasing intensity? For example, I am doing the 30 DS and bumped up to the second level and also doing the 10K trainer where I usually up my intensity every 1-2 weeks. Thoughts?

maybe you aren't eating enough for all of the exercising you are doing...0

Increasing the intensity helps to avoid it. Everyone's body is different though.0

Until last weekend I was stuck at the same weight for almost 5 weeks and at the same time my cycling times/distances improved dramatically. So sure- it happens- just keep on keepin' on.0
