I have called him few names myself!! LOL. But joking aside he is a great Motivator!

The P90X program does have a doubles program which is basically doing the P90X program along with extra cardio workouts. This sounds like what you want to do but just substitute in your running. If I were you I would just make sure to space the two workouts apart from each other. ie - do one in the morning the other in the…

I did the Insanity program before I did a Spartan Mud run earlier this summer. It is about a 2 month program. Hard but very very good.

Look up the P90X fitness test, it is a good one. I am sure if you Google search it you will find someone has uploaded a pdf you can print out?

The only numbers that are important are the ones you count out in your reps!!!! Send me a request if you would like.

Hey Dean, I totally agree with you, this is an amazing program. I myself am on week 3 of the Bulk stage and love everyone of the workouts! I am out of bed at 4:30 just about everyday looking forward to the next workout. Congrats on your results so far... keep it up!!!

I started to laugh when I read this, I was thinking to write the exact same thing as I did this too. In fact I remember getting to work one morning ( I do my workouts in the early morning ) and not being able to walk from my car without holding on to the building!! Tyler take your breaks and before you know it you will fly…

One tip that might help others that I do is that I don't have my alarm ( my watch band ) clock beside my bed, I leave it on the dresser so it forces me to get up and shut it off. Once you are out of bed you are ready to go!!

I use to get these bad as well. Someone told me as a warm up to stand on one leg and lift the other just off the ground and then rotate the ankle in a circle. Do like 20 one way then 20 the other way and then switch and do the other foot. Really helps loose up those muscles.

I agree with the coffee, a little caffeine will go a long way in an early morning workout!

Hi there, I use this website http://www.linear-software.com/online.html It is very simple to use and they give you different options as to how to take your body fat numbers using your caliper. I prefer the Jackson/Pollack 3 site method because it’s quick, easy, and accurate and you only take 3 measurements ( arm pit,…

Getting to bed early is the key. I am up for 4:30 so for me I try to get to sleep by 10-10:30, any later and it is very hard. Preparing all your meals at night like lunches for the next day also helps free up your mornings so you can concentrate on your workout and then get out the door. I try to keep to my morning…

Hi there, I am into the 2nd month and just love this workout! The only downside I have found so far is that it has too short a warm up and cool down... I find myself doing a lot more stretching before and after the workouts. Other then that the workouts are great, lots of variety. It may be weight lifting but boy do you…

I did it and found it really hard, finished in 45 minutes... no way could I had did it under 30 minutes. It is only to be done once in awhile though not an everyday program.

I agree with the above, push but don't kill yourself. I have said this before about Insanity, they made this incredibly useful tool called the PAUSE BUTTON!! Use it!! I did. Good Luck
-
I have done both, 3 rounds of P90X and then Insanity and I would say you should see more muscle definition as most people lose more body fat and therefore your muscles show up more. I dropped close to 5 % bf. You may not be lifting weights but don't be fooled this program is hard, in fact for me I would say it is the…

I did a round of Insanity to get me ready but my advise is to get your running in. At least a couple times a week. And no treadmills or city rounds, looks for some trails to run cross country style. Most of the mud runs are picked for their tough terrains. The one I did was at a ski hill so I don't think there was any flat…

Those idiots will one day learn their lesson: " Never ever LOOK DOWN on someone unless YOU ARE HELPING THEM UP!" All the best to you... stay strong!

This is a great site bro! Lots of positive people on here giving some good advise! I'll send you a friend request. Good luck.

YOU CAN DO IT! Use the the pause button if needed that is what it is for. I used mine so much you can't read the words Pause anymore!!! This program is hard no questions about it! But you do what you can and each day a little more and a little more. Keep it up and you will see great results!! Good luck.

P90X all the way

I really like the morning workouts ( up at 4:30 am), it's a great start to your day, its done and you have a more relaxed evening. For me the trick is making sure I get to bed by 10 pm or it's really hard to get up the next day. Everybody is different, you have to try and see what works for you but for me I only have…

I am big on fitness and nutrition thanks to this site.... and surrounding myself with positive people. Motivation is what we all need. Feel free to add me too. Anyone can, I am on here daily and if I am not while you can yell at me!!

First off if it is that painful you would be best to see a doctor and have it checked out. If it was me and just hurt a little I would leave it out all together one week and then do a little the next and so on until you feel better. I am not one for icing but rather soak in a hot tub works for me. I have had a sore right…

I had really bad foot pain was I was doing Insanity too. I asked the same questions and most people told be it was my shoes. I went and got really good running shoes and still it was there. For me it was a really hot burning feeling right on the ball of the foot. The shoes might have helped some but I think it was more of…

Could not have said it better!

Insanity is a great program, in fact it is probably one of the hardest ones out there. Make sure you are pretty fit though as it is tough. You will be sore at first but your body will adjust. Good Luck

Thanks everyone, I think I will go back the real sugar and just keep it at a minimum.
