  • Will have to say this one surprised me!! You have scored 9 points. SCORE 0-10 Congratulations! You have a good body image and an excellent self-esteem. As a result of this, you are at peace with yourself. The way you feel about your body has little impact on how you go about your daily life. This is how it should be.…
  • Sorry to hear you had such trouble!! I am recently diagnosed as gluten intolerant. I now know that I have had this issue for roughly 20 years. I don't think doctors are too gung ho on this issue. I thank God for wonderful friends that helped me through last August through October when I was in so much pain and couldn't…

  • I am in charge of the wellness program at school. We recently got a new nurse/physical trainer and this is the main question that was asked. Most of us have "baby fat" we are trying to loose. He told us us the best thing is any ab strenghening but we MUST do back strengthening also such as reverse crunches. It is important…
  • I may be aging myself. I work in a school system and we push that breakfast is very important. I am not a big breakfast eater either. I have med I have to take with food so I usuall have a banana or light yogurt. It is enough for me...don't get me wrong...there are several days I have to force myself to eat it.
  • Guess I get to be the downer here. My week has been rough and got worse when I weighed in this morning. Put 2 pounds back on. I always hear the trainers saying stress is a huge factor. My stress is pretty through the roof. With good friends and encouraging words I will get back on track. Just about cried when my pants were…
  • I don't try to eat back any extra calories. It is good for me to see what I eat and what I actually use. I have to admit that Easter weekend kicked my butt. I put 2 pounds back on...major bummer. Just means I will have to work harder.
  • Way to go!!! It is an awesome feeling to discover pants getting baggy!! Keep up the good work.

  • I agree!! I am just starting but I would have to say my biggest excuse is finding time. I watch Biggest Loser every week and think if I could forget work and family I could spend hours working out too. Trying to find a way to fit everything in is hard and it is easier to make excuses. Just for the record I am getting…
  • Way to go!!! You look great!!
  • I have heard a few people around here use that. Is there a beginner level for those like me? I would have to do it at home as not gym local.
  • Welcome aboard. Good luck with your goals. I have found it is really hard without support from someplace.

  • I also like my rum and coke. I was shocked to see how many calories are in one. As a bartender people watching their weight drink Grey Goose Vodka as it is to have less calories. I just can't do the vodka.
  • I have been a member for5 days now. Day one was overwhelming logging my food. I would have never guessed the calories I took in. I have been having troubles with my knees and am way to young for that. I would like to loose 30 pounds myself. Good luck to you. So far this site has helped me be accountable for what I eat and…
