    Since it's a plant-based diet you could come on over to the Happy Herbivore group and ask questions, if you like, so you don't get negative opinions here. Or you could just post your questions here and I'm sure someone will answer them.

    I know about the E2 Diet! I did it for 28 days cold turkey--well I was already a vegetarian so I gave up all my dairy and cheese! What's your question? You can email me privately if you want! :)

    Just go to the "group" tab above and type in "Happy Herbivore." Join the group and you can start a thread there.
