It's more challenging, I get winded a lot more doing this level, but I love the way I feel when I'm done so it's really pushing me to complete it.

L2 D3 today, it's tough but seems to be getting a little easier, I can definitely tell I've lost some inches so far :)

Did you lose any weight? I'm on day 7 of level 1 and the scale has not budged! so I'm just wondering what your stats are now that you're finished?

I started Monday and still going strong, I'm really sore but fighting through it, I hear that's the best thing to do. Good luck, it's tough but the outcome will be worth it!

Any type of pasta, I eat way too much, so I tend to stay away from it....
