With a lot of determination, passion, exercise, hard work and healthy eating I have lost a total of 56 pounds, with just a few more to go until I hit my goal weight.
For those of you who are checking out the success stories for motivation, please know that this IS possible, and you too will be posting a story of success. Your goal is in site, and the "finish line" is waiting for you! Work hard, never give up, and have fun becoming a healthier person!

Congratulations! You are looking happy & healthy. That is some serious inspiration because it is my dream to finally feel attractive when we go to a warm place (like Hawaii) in the winter!0

Great job what did you do to lose it
Thanks guys!! I simply started using this website, counting my calories (tracking food was really important and helpful for me to stay in track), and exercising 4-5 times a week. I started working out by using Jillian Michaels DVD's like the 30 Day Shred and Boost Your Metabolosim. I saw and FELT huge success using her work-outs, and highly reccommend any of her DVDS, she is very inspiring and motivational. Once I got some of the weight down I joined the local gym where I currenetly go to keep the weight off doing weights, treadmill, and eliptical. Also, remember to keep drinking WATER! Very helpful in the weight loss process, very good for you, and it keeps your full throughout the day.

How long did it take for you to lose the weight! You look AMAZING! I have about 50# to lose myself and I'm just starting my journey. Any tips, advice, would be MUCH appreciated. Also, how tall are you? I am 5'6"0
