Awesome thanks for the reply! I just got a fitbit 3 days ago. My "calories adjust" is about 300-500 so I'll just adjust my overall fitness level if it con this way. Thank you!

I dont eat dressing, your salad should be full of fresh-produce and grilled chicken. If it does not taste good as fruits or veggies. No dressing.

I ask myself would I rather eat this junk food and feel good for 5 minutes or eat the salad and feel good for months. I try to eat naked when home, so i can see my fat and eat healthy and then work out with clothes on. And chew gum, that helps.

I try to eat naked, because instead of a shirt i see fat. Also try eating you biggest meal in the AM so you will burn it off thought out the day and with working out. Your biggest meal should be in the AM, since you will burn that off during the day with exercise and drinking water. If you ate your biggest meal in the late PM and you don't workout all those calories, go to fat. I try to work out in the AM and later PM to burn the most fat.
