I think I have lucked out somewhat... after eating the chicken strips they came right back up... stomach felt naseuas for a couple hours, but am starting to feel better this evening - Thank goodness!

@MisterDubs.. at what point did you have your gall bladder checked? I do have a family history of gall bladder problems. Was it numerous times of getting ill? I don't know what got into me last night... but I did the first day of the 6W6P and then my day 7 of 30DS... Sore this morning but still made it to the gym for some light weight training this morning. Hoping these pounds and inches fall off!

I head to the gym in the morning for a 30 minute workout (fit it in before work). Then I have to force myself to workout in the evening with the 30DS a couple hours before bed. It seems to be working and keeping me motivated

You sound exactly like me when I started this.... I had a hard time finding time to work out even though I have a bowflex in my house. Now I have joined Snap Fitness and make time to go to workout at least 30 min (5 or more days a week) before work. I have also been weening myself off of diet pop and drinking a lot more…
