Before I started this journey, I was one of those people that ate thousands of calories of day. I always eat after my workout. I find that I can't eat too heavy before...it makes me feel sluggish during. Try protein and some vegies. It hasn't stopped me from losing

the best thing is the HRM...but given the circumstances, I would use circuit training as well as a base.

I love it..It works my whole body. When I want to up my game, I throw on my hand and feet weights...extra intense. Has anyone lost a lot of weight from the classes????

I just started running. I'm trying to get ready for a 5K in May....any advice????

I'm on day 4, but I don't do it every day.....I try to get a good rotation of exercise in....I would love to do it with a group of people. The more inspiration, the better.....I sent you a friend request.

I've been doing it for a couple of days...However, I've been mixing it up within my cardio routine....Zumba, Circuit Training, Elliptical and Jogging....Good Luck.....the first couple of days will kick your butt but, it gets easier.
