Yes! just today my daughter decided to make bread and she subbed it with rice flour and added a tbsp of honey.. It was delicious. Note: rice flour is a bit more denser then bread flour so it must be cooked longer and at a lower temp. about 25 degrees lees then reg bread flour...

lol Hobo meals.... love that! I agree, foil wrapped foods are quick, easy and can be prepared at home and even up to two days in advance. Yep! That's what i do as well. this bread and eggplant parmigiana will be portioned and saved for other meals.. Tommorrow I am experimenting on making Sushi "Italian Sooshi" using arborio rice (risotto) instead and basil leaf instead of sea weed wrap + other ingredients...

GRAPE-SEED oil has a great viscosity for high heat.That's what i use.

I use grapeseed oil to saute with Costs just as much as veg oil. I do watch my budget..I know that $$$ spent on fast food, if you shop wisely you can feed your self for a week...
