I'm in agreement and yes, I am a coach. But more importantly the program has worked for many and there is value to being part of a group and team doing the same program. It's not for everyone and of course I get that. Sure you could look at BB as a MLM company but that doesn't mean their programs do not work. No one slams…

It's not completely flat. I actually had skin removed after my initial loss and it's still not flat. This was my pre surg skin in all its glory. But, to be honest, I'm not sure I would do it again. It's a rough recovery and I still have extra skin there. That's why belly button is so ugly :/

Thanks everyone for the kind comments. I need the encouragement since this back injury has sidelined me. Exercise was a HUGE factor in my weight loss and right now I can barely walk.

You should definitely do that. It is incredibly rewarding to acknowledge how far you have come. It isn't an easy journey for most people :)

I use both a HRM and a fitbit. I agree the fitbit is great for regular activity, but not exercise. I have a Polar FT60 and I LOVE it!!!! I watch what they put on. Sometimes they will give me a heaping pile of cheese and sometimes just a sprinkle. I adjust their "standard" serving size on that, if it looks like alot I will calculate 1.5 servings. I eat chipotle 2-3 times per week and I LOVE it.
