Needing accountability...

Hey! The name is Abigail. I've been on and off MFP for a few years. I generally struggle with cycles of working out, eating right, getting sick/busy, and giving up. I want to lose about 15 lbs/a good dress size, be able to run a 5k one day, and actually make working out a habit. I've never had anyone who's been able to commit to this with me and I could really use the accountability. I'm not after conversation all the time, just someone to ping me if I disappear again, maybe check in on a regular basis. Shoot me a message if you're good with keeping with it!

    I was an on again/off again type, too. Now I can run a 5K, but still have to take a few walk breaks. My goal is to run the whole thing without stopping! Add me as a friend if you'd like. I'd be glad to give you a virtual kick in the rear if you need it.
