HBO did an excellent job with the WEIGHT OF THE NATION. It was an eye opener for me. I recommend everyone to watch it. It really puts things in prespective. I couldn't even eat after watching that. I was sick to my stomach!

Omg we are so similar except for the goal weight! I was 166 at my heaviest. I am currently 142 with a goal weight of 135 but a toned 135! I don't want to be smaller than 130. For my body type my dr suggest 130- 135. I am a coke bottle! I have chest, flat stomach, small waist and *kitten*!

Since I was off today I wanted to go to spinning class but since it was rainning like cats and dogs I opted to walk on my treadmill at an incline varying from 7% to 9% incline at a speed of 3.0 for 60 minutes.
