Yes, I felt like I was going to die too. Slowing down helped. If you can't do the first run of the next week, repeat the last one of the previous one another time and try it again. And yes, it is easier to work on speed after you build distance. Good luck and hang in there!

I did 30DS awhile ago for about a week and just succeeded in making myself miserable. I like it better for an occasional workout. I've heard it gets great results if you can stand it, so good luck!

It isn't bad after the first year. I can barely even see mine anymore and no one else has noticed it in years.
