dumb quetion:several people have said to lift heavy - at what point does the weight qualify as "lifting heavy"? I only use two 10lb. dumbbells and am getting interested in the heavy lifting but just not sure what exactly that would be...

I would also like to know the answer to this. Yesterday I found a HRM at TJ Maxx for $19.99 - it's the kind that is like a watch - it says it tracks calories burned, distance, etc. but I've read on here that the ones that don't have a chest strap are not very accurate.... is it worth it to buy the wrist type?

I hate to throw away food! So when there is something in the house (like a costco size container of cinnabon cinnamon rolls) that didn't get eaten over the weekend by guests - I will send it to work with my husband. That way it doesn't get thrown away and it's not in the house as a temptaion for me.

I have a theory about most diet pills - if they REALLY worked then why would anyone struggle with their weight? Why wouldn't everyone just go buy a pill? When I was new to wine I only liked sweet wines and have graduated to loving it all - but one of my favorites from the old days is Moscato Allegro - it's a sweet one & if I remember correctly under $20

J Lohr has some great wines that are priced resaonably - their chardonnay is really nice.

I'm thinking the grilled onion that is 130 calories is grilled in butter or actual oil - not pam or whatever 0 calorie cooking spray you used - that would raise the calorie count.
