strawberries, halved or quartered (depending on size)
slivered almonds, toasted
brie, cut into thin slivers or cubed
balsamic vinegar, reduced (to a thick, syrupy consistency)
french bread, sliced thinly
very similar to bruschetta.
toast french bread slices under the broiler, until desired crunchiness. i like mine kind of soft. turn oven down to 450 degree. combine strawberries, almonds and brie. top bread with mixture. bake for 2-5 minutes or until brie is soft. drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
yum! (no i don't have the calorie count as it is a pretty generic recipe. make it anyway. lol.)

I think I love you. Joking, but I do love this recipe. Thanks so much.
I just found these mini-bries at my grocery store. Apparently I have seen online places like Trader Joes carries them as well. They are 70 cals and 3 grams of fat each and individually wrapped. Perfect snack size.0 -

I am in Canada, and found them at Sobey's under the brand Coeur De Lion. I actually found them on a road trip and they didn't carry them at my local store right away but I kept asking about them. They come in a mesh bag with 5 or 6 little plastic cups. When I was searching for the calories online one day, I found a blog that said Trader Joe carries them under their own brand.0 -
