This really is the age old question. For me I always lose weight on keto however it's so difficult to keep up especially since I travel often for work. Im back to counting using this app and so far the results have been excellent! I am so excited to do this. Feel free to add me. PMs welcome.

Diet Dr Pepper is my go to here. I know its not the healthiest option but it kicks any sweet cravings I have down to zero.

The only issue is eating low carb is much more expensive than carbs. Any ideas on being more cost conscious? FYI, I am a terrible cook!

Low carb is the way to go. Just calorie restriction doesnt work for me at all. Protein over a mountain of green veggies or salad and two eggs for breakfast and I have zero cravings throughout the day. I wish I did this years ago!

Veggies and some sort of fat, like olive oil fill you up. Thats what I have been doing and its working great!

Thanks! And you aren't a DUFF!!! In my wildest dreams I didn't think I was offending anyone as CLEARLY the F part of DILF was a stupid expression and not some actual request.
