21 days is a long time without diet soda for me. But I would like to try. Are you going to have a group set up? I need some type of motivation.

I started the attack phase today. Anyone doing this, feel free to add me. I don't think I will have a problem with it since I have done Atkins prior easily. I just platued and need something to shock the system. I hope this is it!

I have done P90X but it was hard to stick with because they are 1 hour videos and I have 2 children. I started P90X3 four weeks ago and love it. Just 30 mins a day and I can tell a difference in my body already. Add me as a friend if you like and we can motivate one another.

My husband and I are also doing this. We started on 5 April. I love the fact that it is only 30 mins. We have P90x as well but we also quit because it took up so much time. I agree with the direction of the exercises. I wish he explained and illustrated a bit more or a DVD dedicated to explaining exercises.

Gained a little bit this week so my new % of loss is 1.21% down from 1.69%. I just started Hip Hop Abs this week so I am hoping that helps mext week's weigh in. :) My goal for Memorial Day is to be down 9%.

I just started using hip hop abs last night. I thought it was fun and am hoping if I stick to it for 1 month I will see a noticeable difference. I even took before photos which I never do. Add me as a friend if you like!
