Help with what to work and how much weight
I am 10 pounds from my goal weight. I use machines from time to time but really want to tone up. So I need a schedule on what to work (i.e. shoulders and biceps one day) and how much weight. What is a realistic calorie goal for me?
I am 5'8 and currently weight 182.8. I really want to be down to 166 to start with. But how many calories should I eat. The 1200 calories do not work for me. It is not at all realistic. I need some low calorie snack ideas that will keep me from the chips and sweets. I have a deskjob so I would like something that I can put in a baggie and eat throughout the day. I eat fruits and veggies throughout the day but I get cravings that they don't fulfill. Any suggestions?
