  • Sorry but foam rolling is only effeicent in helping to move latic acid away from muscles so don't become sore / soreness is managed. foam rolling will do nothing for fat reduction in the same sense that getting a message will not burn fat it will just move your fat around

  • I would not leave 'Mixed protein' in a bag for an hour. You're better off just buying a tupaware box and putting your powder in that and then after your workout just used water to mix it.

  • I think you need to get a HRM with a calorie counter installed so possible one with a strap. I for one know that Strenght training can have a major burn.   • Bought them and man you're right theses headphones are amazing they don't fall off or get in the way. Volume is great and I like ow eas is it to set up too. even taking calls on it is better. money well spent only like £15 aswell
