  • It is my first Beachbody Program. The kit came with a starter Resistance Band, which after doing a few reps with it, you can definitely fill it. I can maybe see once I get to Phase 3-4, I may want to get some free weights, but right now the resistance band is good. :)

  • Organic Dark Brown Sugar that is Fair Trade Certified. No chemicals. I would also search for Organic Honey, the darkest you can find.   • Hey Kim, I just got back. It took me 1 hour and 18 minutes to complete the 6.2 miles. This is the first time I have ever ran a distance of this length and I am happy I finished it!!! According to my IPod Touch and Nike+ App, I burned off 1,149 Calories! Woo hoo!!! -Ian
