  • My honey bought me a fat bomb recipe book on Amazon. It is AMAZING. I don't have it with me to know the exact name but it's something like Fat Bombs for a Year.
  • I'm doing keto. :-) The first 20 lbs I did with just watching what I ate and following mfp. I started keto 9/15/17 and am loving it. Surprisingly haven't had carb withdrawal like I expected, LOL. I follow several keto groups on facebook that have been wonderful.
  • Wow, I could've written this myself! Except I have 3 girls and a boy. Same commuting and type of work and all that!
  • I'm growing tired of my chocolate shakeology. I've never tried it with veggies though and definitely not spinach. So you really can't taste it?

  • You should check out a Celebrate Recovery group. They typically have break out groups for eating disorders. GREAT program. We are involved with one locally.
  • I use ACE and it has been WONDERFUL in curving my appetite, taking cravings away, and best of all making me more alert and giving me more energy. It's all natural. I've only been using it 5 weeks but it has made making healthy eating and exercise choices so much easier!
  • Sounds like me! 175 when I got married (nearly 16 years ago). With each pregnancy gained and never lost it back in fullness. Start weight was 278. Current is about 233. First goal is 175 and then from there I'll take anything as a bonus! :-)
