Pikes Peek 10k this morning @ 52:35 and didn't puke. I did leave some out on the course, but that is ok. This is a PR 1:45 sec PR though!

Happy to report that I contacted Nike directly to see what they suggest. They suggested Air Pegasus 30. Went to running store Saturday tried the Pegasus and like 5 other pairs(No other Nike styles). Bought the Air Pegasus ran a 10k race in them this morning and BINGO!!!!! We have a winner!

What are her favorite foods? If she like mac and cheese sneak baby food squished squash or similar colors into it. Spaghetti well red will hide almost anything.
