I just mix it into my oatmeal and greek yogurt for the added health benefits! Added to the yogurt it makes it seem like a more substantial snack that holds me over longer.

I think yes, you still have to post your exercise on MFP, but now it asks you for your start time and I think the fitbit automatically adjusts the extra calories from looking at your steps during that time period. I just got mine too and really like it so far-it is very motivating! Got my 10,000 in today-woot woot!!!!

Crapped out tonight on Day 3, and moved to my rebounder mini trampoline for the butt kicks and jump rope-my knees are just not digging the program! But hey, better than sitting on the couch and doing nothing:)

Tried day 3 with no rest day between like i did for days 1 and 2 and had to stop. Will give it a go again tomorrow-legs were just to weak to do the cardio for very long. My 7 year old jumped in and said he would do the jumping jacks for me-too sweet!

Finished day 2 this morning and I can feel it way more today! I did have a day off in between. Was feeling stronger already today!

Level 1, day 1 just finished. Not too bad, but ummmm, I think it may take me more than the 10 days to be able to keep up with her-but oh well, gotta keep trying!

Oh, and one of my naturally thin friends just suggested the egg white egg beaters for breakfast-they really only take as long as toasting a bagel to cook up and I find protein keeps me fuller longer than carbs in the morning. Has anyone else tried the Yoplait Greek 100 yogurt? It doesn't have that "greek yogurt taste" of a lot of the other brands, is fat free and only 100 calories with 10-13 protein grams per cup-which is twice regular yogurt! Vanilla and several fruit flavors too-yummmmm! Try it:)
