Heres what I did I used a tdee calculator and set it at no activity so that it isnt accounting for any excersise or activity. I took that number and subtracted 20% Which gave me 1500 so this is my daily goal UNLESS I excersise then I just do my best to eat back as many calories as I burned ( I like to stay 100 under tho…

Okay good so I am not crazy ? :) I just feel like I can be more accurate and rally understand my body and its needs better if I am customizing my days based on when ever I feel like excersising LOL .

The reason I dont is because I burn diff and do diff excersises all the time. Today I burned almost 900 calories tomorrow will prob be non and then friday may be 300 . I may got 4 days without working out... you know? so I feel like this way it all evens it self out. I know exactly what I am getting and why and I know as…

I ignore sugar completely as long I know it is coming from a natural clean source such as fruits, veggies, honey, male syrup, stevia, or organic forms of it. If you are eating processed foods with added sugars then I would deff limit those. You should also always buy plain non fat ypggurt and sweeten it yourself using…

I don't think you are gonna find much motivation or support on this subject. This just isn't the right way to treat your body. End of Story. There is no way to stay sane or on track. You are just going to gain back the weight you "lost" when you stop. If you don't pass out, hurt yourself, or end up in the hospital before…

Thanks girls!! I do not work out in make up. But will prob end up doing it sometimes since I am joinging a gym. Real Organic unsalted butter is considered a clean/healthy form of fat. It is made from sweet cream and that is it. Other butter spreads or margarines are made of oil and artificial ingredients and sodium. If you are going to flavor your food using fat you should use small amounts of real butter, light olive oil, or…

Im pretty sure any sane 50 year old would know that a cup of hott chocolate does not qualify as dinner? She knows what she is doing is not HEALTHY. If you read what I wrote before I said exactly the same thing you did. If she is writing a post raving- this works, its great, I am not doing any thing wrong because I am not…

The truth hurts :/

No offense I dont mean to sound harsh or judgemental. But it sounds to me like you have a eating disorder. There is just no way your are not hungry or you wouldn't have to pick at a small salad three times through out the day. Soon enough you are gonna stop dropping pounds- and hit a plateau- because your body will need…

I did not join a gym because I have four kids and didn't want to pay the childcare... But after this thread I am so glad I made my husband buy me a treadmill and weights... I never realized that people were really this judgemental at the gym!!! I hang on to my handlebars all the time.. if it helps me do 60 min of cardio…

It's okay to "blow it" sometimes. It's human. Good for you for taking the steps to lead a healthier lifestyle. For setting goals for even trying to change. Change is hard. You can do it :) Tomorrow is a NEW day with new chances to make healthy choices. You go girl!!!!!! I beleive in you :)

Honestly i would skip the stuffing or filling all together. Mushrooms are delicious rosted with olive oil and garlic and sea salt all by themselves. No need to fix something that aint broken ;)

Thank you :) As a stay at home mom to four kids 5 and under- I've got to be a good thinking, budget savy, diva :)
