Real Organic unsalted butter is considered a clean/healthy form of fat. It is made from sweet cream and that is it. Other butter spreads or margarines are made of oil and artificial ingredients and sodium. If you are going to flavor your food using fat you should use small amounts of real butter, light olive oil, or coconut oil but since even the highest quality oils become toxic to the body and hard to digest when heated, your BEST bet is to use real butter Doesn't mean you can go crazy with it, but real butter in moderation is great I hope I explained.0 -
Do find a way to regularly monitor your weight so you know if your efforts are succeeding.
