  • Log your food BEFORE you eat and don't deviate from the plan. Basically... make your food plan out for the day and stick to it.

  • Dang that sucks.. When i was a kid i had the bright idea to melt a hershey kiss chocolate down in the microwave. Sounds like a solid plan huh ?
