I've been vegan for 7 years. It comes pretty naturally to me and always has. After the first month it was all smooth sailing. I never feel deprived of anything.. I hate eggs, milk, and meat so it's great. :)

I have the Jack La lane juicer from walmart also. I got it for Christmas 2 years ago and it is still going strong. I wish I didn't have the white one, though (it stained from carrots, i think).

On the first day, I don't exercise. I have a hard time getting out of bed (no energy, lots of pain, terrible attitude) let alone working out. Edit: I just remembered (after reading the post below me) that in Jr. High they always let us sit out of we had our period.

I did it for the first time yesterday and it was super hard.. I only got 35 minutes into it and then quit. :)

Well for me, I live in a haunted house so I never question the fact that there's life after death. I won't go into detail but I've lived in this house my entire life and it's very common to have things fly six feet off the wall, etc, etc. It's unsettling at times but also comforting. Hang in there! :)
