if youre just starting to work out you should start slowly with walking and stretching everyday for a couple of month and just do a little more everyday. On long term view the most attractive part of a persons should be the brain. doesnt matter if boy or girl you love someone because of their character. I had the same thing just keep going i feel fine today just a little bit sore in the thighs but thats alright but the first two days were just painful i took me a looong time to go up the stairs to my room in the evening of day 2 :D When i get bored while working out i always think about the abs im going to have that helps…

hey im doing it too im at day 4 today :) and the first two days it was kinda hard for me too and i was really sore the next day. BETTER SORE THAN SORRY ;) jillians voice drives me crazy so i always turn off the sound and put on some nice music ... than its easier for me to get through it :)

Try to drink alot of water at least half a gallon a day. And try some soyproducts theyre plantbased but taste like dairyproducts so you get some veggies inside you without having to see them :)
