Had my favorite breakfast today... I got the recipe from Clean Eating but it's just an egg sandwich-
one poached egg
english muffin
handful of fresh spinach (throw it into a pan with some cooking spray and wilt it slightly)
slice of tomato
1 tbsp light cream cheese
as much hot sauce as you want

and it was yummy

Today I had Gluten Free Cream of Rice with Cinnamon and Sugar and two Turkey Sausage Links and a Large Cup of Coffee......things that are lower calories though that I really like are...Toaster's Scramblers Cheese,Egg,Bacon is really good0

I make quiches for the whole week for breakfast. Just bake them in muffin pans. Use eggs, broccoli, onions, milk and cheese. They are very convenient. I have them with low calorie english muffin and I make it to dinner with being hungry.0

Why do I keep seeing posts breakfast related?, whats the big deal about it? I swear I see at least 3-4 everyday.
