1 cup of Krojer Strawberries & Cream instant oatmeal. I'm not gonna lie, I've never eaten oatmeal before and I find the texture absolutely disgusting, but a little over 1 cup for 140 calories and 2.5 g of fat isn't a bad deal!

2 egg whites, .5 full egg, 2 oz turkey sausage scramble
1/4 cup (dry) wheat oatmeal, with 1 tsp cinnamon

(I get "half egg" portions by making double and splitting with my husband, so it may not be FULLY accurate, but close enough for me.)
