If you don't eat any vegetables, it'll be hard to lose weight. I think a lot of peoples dislike towards veggies comes from bad cooking - no offense. I grew up in a family where veggies meant some overcooked peas/broccoli/cauliflower/etc on the side, but there are so many options. I started tricking myself into eating more veggies by disguising them in the food I would otherwise cook. You'd be surprised at how many shredded carrots and zucchinis you can hide in a lasagna or bolognese sauce. I started out by replacing 1/3 of the meat with finely cut or blended veggies, and now I don't really like it unless it's about 50%.

When I first met my husband he wouldn't eat anything 'green'. Now he loves a good salad and will scoff down tonnes of veg. He too had bad experiences of soggy or badly cooked veg. Start off small with chopped up things in small portions added to other things, as Arrabindi says, it's amazing what you can disguise and the added veg will fill you up without piling on the calories.

Try to drink alot of water at least half a gallon a day. And try some soyproducts theyre plantbased but taste like dairyproducts so you get some veggies inside you without having to see them :)
