I'm not sure how much it's been helping, but I've started adding a little bit of lemon juice to my water each day. It makes the water taste better and fresher, quenches my thirst better, and it's also taking away some of my bloating.

Honestly? Eat more. Try it for a week or two, eat your excercise calories... if you don't come down, go see the doc and make sure it isn't thyroid/hormone related. Good luck!!!

I bought it about a year ago, and saw no difference whatsoever.... I don't know if the product has changed, but the stuff I got from Nivea was a blue cream, and it was very sticky and stained anything it came in contact with. Let me know if they've updated it since I first bought it, good luck!

This is what I do... When I bake bread, I enter in everything that I put into it and then save it as a meal. Then I divide. Unfortunately, a lot is guesstimating... but I doubt 100 calories from one day to the next will make a huge difference.

I second this... I'm 5'2, and I found 1200 calories very difficult to stay within... I lost weight for about a month with that setting, but I think I did it harder than it had to be. Amazingly enough, I just stepped up to 1400 and I started losing MORE weight. Your body is telling you something when you are hungry…
